10863 Oye (1995 QJ3) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on August 31, 1995 by the Air Force Maui Optical and Supercomputing observatory at Haleakala. The asteroid was named for the grandparents of the observatory's technical director, Jacob and Martha Oye.[1]
